Goals:
• Monitoring of the project goals
• Coordination of the communication and internal procedures
• Management of the project resources
• Making of project relevant decisions
• Efficient handling of the problems
• Know-how transfer between the project partners
• Management of diversity aspects and aspects of gender mainstreaming
Description of the content:
This working package is responsible for an efficient workflow of this project, the dissemination of the results, and the control with meetings on a regular basis.
Methods:
The mentioned goals should be met with the help of the following methods:
• Consortial meetings on a regular basis (at least 2x per year)
• Bilateral meetings/phone conferences for special topics and WPs
• Continuous monitoring of the costs and contents
• Using students for the project in form of a bachelor or master thesis
